Before start construction:
1.Helping Site Project Manager to choose school location.
2.Design floor plan for new school , and adjust it base on company’s comments.
3.Check detail drawing and quotation from construction vendor.
4.Help department head to finish the public bidding
During construction:
1.To communicate with local designer and construction company.
2.With responsibility for the construction quality and period
