Job Description
Job Purpose
Provide high quality HRIS support in partnership with HR team and other functions, to ensure effective preparation & implementation of SAP project & Shared Service Center.
1/ Coordinate Novartis Pharma China HRIS project & Global HRIS initiative (FirstPort, SAP, etc.);
2/ Support the set up and operation of Novartis China Shared Service Model;
3/ Optimize HR internal processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
4/ HR KPIs Analysis & regular reporting;
Major Accountabilities
1 Coordinate the smooth implementation of SAP project, assist manager in process mapping, data accuracy validation, project testing & implementation, etc.;
2 Support in the model design of China Shared Service Center;
3 Further optimize HR internal processes, e.g. e-Onboarding, e-Exit, e-Change of Status, etc.; Actively involve in the new process communication & training within the organization;
4 Analyze HR KPIs data on regular basis and report to HR & management team.
Minimum requirements
Required Knowledge and Skill (Physical and moral base)
– All-round HR related knowledge and experience;
– Experience in SAP project implementation or other HRIS projects;
– Proficient English oral and written;
– Strong Communication and coordination skills;
– Good analytical skill;
– Integrity & teamwork spirit
