This bilingual (English and Chinese) Receptionist will provide direct administrative support to the office operations team and the Director. The candidate will also coordinate all conference calls, scheduling for boardroom meetings and training activities, as well as maintain office records. Assistance with various office projects will also be required on an on-demand basis. This position reports to the Executive Office Manager.
As the ideal candidate you must have experience in front office reception and using company phone systems. Must have excellent oral and written English skills. Experience working with MS Office Word, Powerpoint and Excel is essential. Great personality is very important!
