Job Responsibilities:
*Support daily issue for IT department running.
*Provide support to maintain ongoing operations, this may include PC support and application support.
*Other duties may include providing server, network, or telecom support.
*Perform duties such as fixed asset management, PC refresh, PC repair, and imaging to keep the computing environment stable and effective.
*Assist in the rollout of IT applications.
*Assist customers in defining work processes and system requirements.
*Identify areas were systems solutions will meet the customer needs.
*Develops and maintains currency in appropriate competencies to ensure effective application to project objectives.
Job Qualifications:
*Grade 3 with intending Bachelor degree, major in computer science, information systems, and IT related subjects
*Good knowledge and skills in IT area - networking, OS, application, hardware, database, information security and project management
*Strong web development and programming skill is plus
Basic usage and trouble-shooting for PC/laptop and other peripheral equipment
*Good command of English both in oral and writing
*Accuracy and reliability, self-confidence, team ability, highly motivated, customer-focused
Part time (at least 4 days per week)
Starting time: August 20,2007
End time: Feb 20, 2008
Allowance: RMB 10,per hour
