Responsibility:
·Provide technical assistance to the customers
·Train customers to IGE XAO different softwares
·Adapt the products to the Chinese market (norms, references databases…)
·Improve product quality in collaboration with the programming team :
·Understand the customers needs,
·identify competitors products advantages and defaults,
·make specifications to the programmers to improve the product quality
Requirements:
·Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electrical Engineering or related
·working experience in the electrical/electrotechnics field is preferred
·Good computer skills, familiar with AutoCAD or others CAD/CAM softwares
·Fluent English
·Strong communication and inter-personal skills
·Be able to work independently and proactively with team work spirit
·Fast learner
