From conception to delivery Scctcs staff will apply the most rigouous standards of quality control and manufactureing practices.
From our Reasearch and Development centre in Shanghai and in conjunction with laboratories in America and Europe, Where we have liason agreements. we aim to provide creative, cost effective cosmetic products.
The company is lead by an experienced management team, with many years experience in European and US Color Cosmetics. Supported by an existing experienced Chinese management structure.
