需求如下：
- Position title: Signal processing engineer

- Position summary: Perform advanced research and design in the
areas of digital signal processing, recovery, analysis, and
correction.

- Requirements:
+ Strong background and aptitude in information theory, signal
processing, and algorithms design and development.
+ Experience in magnetic or optical storage systems, maximum likelihood
detection, partial response channels, and Viterbi detection.
+ Primary authorship of journal and conference papers in the field
of information theory and signal processing.
+ Ability to analyze design problems; research, develop, simulate,
and evaluate possible solutions.
+ Ability to work with engineers to put designs into practice and
to overcome real-world complications.
+ Self-reliant.
+ Ph.D. is preferred.
+ Proficiency in written and spoken English.
