Position: Project Administrator
Reports to: Software Process Team Manager
Reuters Technology (China) Limited is looking for a person to fill the position of Project Administrator. We are looking for an individual with strengths in mathematics and statistics, coupled with good Microsoft Excel and html editing experience. The role requires the individual to collect and analyse metrics data from various parties in the organization, and report them in various manners to senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Bachelors Degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or any related fields.

-One or two years working experience with statistics, although fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
-Basic knowledge of software development lifecycles.
-Basic knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard.
-Familiar with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Excel macros and Frontpage (html programming).
-Good spoken and written English.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Likes working with numbers and graphs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Collect and analyse project, non-project and staff measurements from software development teams and project timesheets.
-Present regular reports of metrics to senior management.
-Act as an administrator on selected process tools.
