Responsibilities:
* Analyse and understand market conditions and tire performance for Truck and Bus in Asia
* Collect the data from the field, analyse market usage from OE and RT tires
* Through material analysis and reproduction of damage on test, understand mechanisms of tire performance
* Define and validate test methods on machines and vehicles, follow new tests methods
* Define tire simulation criteria
* Lead some tire performance projects on specific targets
* Work with Technology Centre in Thailand, France & USA, Marketing Product, Quality, Product Development and Tire & Material Design Teams
Requirement:
* Bachelor degree, major in mechanical, automobile or material engineering
* Experience in the durability or fatigue domain in the automobile industry is a plus, abroad experience is a plus
* Ability and interesting to solve technical issues(machines, measures, process, material or product testing)
* Good computer skill, especially for scientific software and finite element codes
* Good command of English, oral and written
* Can often travel within China and abroad
