M001、Analog ASIC Design Team Leader 模拟ASIC设计主管

Responsibilities:
* Work with analog ASIC design team for new product development.
* Take technical lead for the team working in the field of analog ASIC design.
* Commit delivery schedule for analog ASIC Development projects
* Support test & product team with chip debugging, failure analysis, characterizations and product release efforts. 
* Career and training planning of team members.
* Communicate with vendors for technologies support.
Requirement:
* Minimum MSEE/PHD preferred in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or in related field.
* 6+ yrs. of experience on analog IC design area.
* Knowledge of MOSFET physics, semiconductor process and layout.
* Strong Experience in analog blocks design, such as PLL, ADC/DAC, voltage reference, Op-amp, Comparator and Linear filters, etc.
* Manage a team of 8 to 10 people in the field of analog ASIC design.
* Understanding the principles of ADC, DAC and PLL design.
* Understanding the principles of communication system preferred.
* Familiar with CAD tools, such as schematic capture, SPICE simulator (or equivalent transistor level circuit simulator), Virtuoso and Matlab system building.
* Familiar with full flow of analog IC design, which is from spec building, architecture simulation, circuit schematic, spice simulation and back-simulation, layout, drc/lvs/lpe check and tape-out.
* At least four design finalized in silicon preferred.

M003、System Architecture Engineer 系统架构工程师

Responsibilities:
* Product requirement analysis and partitioning
* Overall system architecture design, software/hardware partitioning
* Participate in, and provide guideline to the whole product development cycle
Qualification:
* Hands-on experience in system requirement analysis design for embedded product development 
* In-depth system level expertise in terms of system-on-chip architecture design and optimization, as well as software/hardware partition
* Experience with power line and telecom industry is a plus 
* BSEE or related field with more than 3 years working experience is desired

Responsibilities:
* R&D on baseband sub-system with activities including module design, simulation and realization
* Analysis, design and simulation of baseband algorithms based on product requirements
* Participation in system verification, field test for optimization of product performance 
Qualification: 
* Solid background in technology areas such as digital signal processing, stochastic process and communication theory
* In-depth experience in algorithm design and simulation for wireline/wireless communication system 
* Candidates with R&D experience in OFDM, MIMO, and SDR are highly preferred

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing reference designs to help customers to better understand and use our IC products. Tasks include developing embedded software and windows base software to utilize our IC products.
* Responsible for providing on site technical support, acting promptly to any technical issues the customers may have.
* Responsible for helping the sales teams to better promote our products.
* Communicate with customers, build good relationship, collecting feedbacks, work with our IC design team to improve our products.
Qualification:
* Have good understanding of the software development life cycle.
* Able to read and write document in English
* Experience with communication protocols’ development
* Hand on experience with embedded software development, Microcontrollers and its peripherals. Familiar with In-Circuit-Emulator or debugger.
* Working experience on programming language such as C/ C++, and assembly. 
* Experience in developing MFC applications web base database application. Familiar with JSP, ASP, VB script and SQL.
*Previous experiences on Power Line Carrier technology, Data Concentrator and gateway, metering devices are big plus.
* Minimum BSEE with 2 years of design and technical support experience.
