职责：
1、Work with suppliers in China and other locations to establish process and quality systems to insure a global source of high quality product
2、Research and report on the most cost effective locations in the world to investigate suppliers for outsourcing. Play a primary role in source development. This would include raw material and value added
3、Oversee troubleshooting issues with suppliers once the business is awarded
4、Coordinate activities to communicate the needs of Product Engineering and manufacturing to the suppliers
5、Recommend and facilitate lean practices with newly developed suppliers. This could include Kanbans, pull systems, and cost reduction programs
6、Supplier capability, quality review, and review of supplier first article inspections
7、Work on engineering projects for the GSME group to reduce cost and improve quality
8、Work on process improvements and Lean in Kennametal manufacturing plants
9、Collaborate with Global Sourcing and Manufacturing Engineering, plants, and Corporate Purchasing in the evaluation, development and agreements of new business partners
要求：
1、有机械零部件采购经验
2、大专以上学历，最好机械相关专业
3、良好的英文能力
