This position is responsible for testing ADAPTIX communications equipment.
Core Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the 802.16 system protocol (MAC, including radio resource management, mobility management, security, QOS, etc.) test, and standard compliant test
2. Responsible for system stability and stress test in the lab
3. Support troubleshoot system issues remotely and in the field
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications (please note if the requirement is merely preferred)
1. BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent knowledge
2. 2 year of testing or developing experience of the 2G/3G terminal/base station/base station controller
3. Familiar with the 802.16 or GSM/CDMA/UMTS standards, analysis tools, and test equipments
4. Working knowledge of TCP/IP, QoS, VoIP, and voice traffic management is recommended
5. RF background. Previous experience with radio system installation, testing, and maintenance is required
