In 2005, the group handled real estate transactions valued at over US$41 billion with annual revenues of over US$545 million.
We are currently looking to fill the following position in our Beijing office:
Research Department - Research Assistant
Main Responsibilities
· To assist in the collection and analysis of real estate market data for inclusion in regularly produced property market reports and bespoke research and valuation work on behalf of our clients
· Quarterly gather rental, vacancy, price and required tenancy information for up-dating Knight Frank Office, Residential, Retail and Industrial databases.
· Monthly update Beijing economic statistics database of Beijing and other Key Cities
· Independently arrange for property inspections of new properties in the market.
· Assist the Department Manager and other Team Members in the production of Knight Frank’s quarterly market reports and presentation
· Circulate Knight Frank’s quarterly reports to existing and potential clients
· Collect, analyze and distribute internally relevant property and economy related newspaper articles and advertisements. Assist the manager in producing topic reports.
· Maintain the Department’s research library.
· Administrative support to the manager, including data and materials collection, communication with outside contacts, etc
· Internal support to another departments regarding market information
Requirements:
· University degree majoring in Real Estate, Property Management, Economics or business related
· Preferably 2-3 years working experiences in a research or related role, although not essential.
· Good spoken and written command of Mandarin and English
· Strong PC skills especially Microsoft Office Excel, PPT, Outlook, etc.
· Good analytical and quantitative skills
· Self -confident, honest, outgoing, hardworking, with strong team-work spirit
· Willing to work over time and under pressure
