Objective
- Search for prospective candidates to fill the job openings of the client companies
- Assist team achieve quota
- Maintain candidate database
Job Responsibility
- Study client companies’ business nature and strategy
- Study openings from client companies
- Make out target company list
- Contact the prospective candidates to find out their interest and expectation of the job
- Make the first telephone interview with prospective candidates and evaluate their specialization and background
- Make out efficient candidates list to Project Manager
- Assist Project Manager to conduct reference check as required
- Manage project in case
- Coach assistant manage and maintain candidate database
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- At least 1 year experience in related industry: Recruitment or consulting firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good command of Mandarin and English
- Good computer skills
- Independent, self-mortified and hard work spirit
- Team work spirit
