Position: Secretary to VP-Finance (Japanese日语)
Duties:
1. Translate documents and act as an interpreter in meetings (Japanese to English and/or Mandarin);
2. Effectively file and complete archiving financial documents;
3. Coordinate meetings and draft minutes of meeting;
4. Follow up on advancement of task assignment as per decisions agreed during meetings;
5. Organize and expedite flow of work through coordination with various department heads;
6. Prepare reports, gather and summarize data;
7. Produce documents, brief papers, reports and presentations;
8. Manage the diary and ensure the appropriateness of arrangements for meetings, travel, accommodation and events; and undertake a variety of special projects, involving internal and/or external research and liaison on behalf of and within guidelines provided by the VP.
Requirements:
1. +2 relevant working experience
2. Bachelor Degree, preferably in accounting or finance
3. Good excellent Japanese (at least JPT-1) and English (at least CET4)
4. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
