Primary Responsibility
Support the recruitment process such as Job postings, resume screening and interview arrangements;
Maintains and controls a well-organized filing system for personnel files;
Assists to prepare Asia Pacific Newsletter;
Performs miscellaneous tasks and coordinate ad-hoc assignments as determined;
Any other tasks as requested by management.
Competencies & Skills
Good understanding of human resources related policies, regulations and practices;
Able to take full responsibilities for assignments;
Good communication skills in English: Verbal and written;
Good compute skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Good personnel skills, friendly, and work well with others;
Requirements
Bachelor degree, major in management related field.
One to two years of working experience within HR or Admin related function in MNC company.
Experience with educational software solutions is a plus
Flexible person with ability to commit in longer run
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experienced with Product Marketing or Technical Sales-duties
Strong project management and coordination skills, and ability to excel in a cross-functional team environment
Knowledge on executing product marketing initiatives in the software business
Understanding of customer support needs in the b-b –environments
Ability to adapt b-b skills into institutional customer space
Demonstrated track record on product marketing
Ability to work effectively in a small team without close supervision
A strong team player with leadership qualities together with the ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
Self-motivated self-starter with strong attention to details
Excellent oral and written communications skills in english
Analytic person, well organized with planning and execution skills related to responsibilities
Solid work ethic and good time management skills
Willingness and ability to travel
