1. Engineer, SW Development or Verification
Vacancies: 30
Working Location: 成都

Responsibilities:
Nokia Siemens Networks is looking for motivated software development engineers for two development teams in Chengdu. Your responsibilities will cover module design, implementation and unit and functional test as well as test automation activities.
You co-operate closely with verification team to ensure software quality and to make the product development work more effective. You will work in projects as part of Chengdu R&D team using modern agile and iterative software development processes.

Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject
Experienced in software development, solid object oriented programming (C++, Java) skills
Knowledge of Linux or other UNIX-like operating system
Knowledge of database
Knowledge of GRRS network
Knowledge of version control tools, such as ClearCase and SVN.
Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and MAP, is a plus
Knowledge of international standardization is a plus
Knowledge of Agile and iterative SW development process is a plus

2. Specialist, Database

Working Location: 成都
Responsibilities:
Nokia Siemens Networks is looking for motivated software development engineers for a development team in Chengdu. Your responsibilities will cover database design, implementation and administration.
You co-operate closely with other software developers and verification team to ensure software quality and to make the product development work more effective. You will work in projects as part of Chengdu R&D team using modern agile and iterative software development processes.

Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject
Sound experience in database software development such as Informix, Oracle and mySQL
Knowledge of Linux or other UNIX-like operating system
Object oriented programming (C++, Java) skills
Knowledge of version control tools, such as ClearCase and SVN.
Knowledge of memory database, load balancing and high availability is a plus
Knowledge of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and MAP, is a plus
Knowledge of Agile and iterative SW development process is a plus

Responsibilities:
Nokia Siemens Networks is looking for a motivated software development engineer for a development team in Chengdu. Your responsibilities will cover establishment and maintain of software development and testing environment.
You will work in projects as part of Chengdu R&D team using modern agile and iterative software development processes.

Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject
Experienced in system integration and maintenance in TCP/IP networks
Knowledge of GPRS network
Network operation and maintenance skills
Knowledge of Linux or other UNIX-like operating system
Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
Knowledge of load balancing and high availability
Knowledge of Products such as F5 BigIP, HP ProCurve and EMC CX is a plus
Knowledge of database products such as Informix, Oracle and mySQL is a plus
Knowledge of Agile and iterative SW development process is a plus

Responsibilities:

Nokia Siemens Networks is looking for motivated team leaders for two development teams in Chengdu. Your responsibilities will cover project management and software development and verification.
• Leading a development/verification team of 10-12 people in order to reach project goals
• Resource planning
• Prioritization of tasks
• Follow-up of team work status
• Coaching and guiding team members

Requirements:
MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or a similar subject
Team leader and full project lifecycle experience
Practical experience in SW development/verification
Practical experience in Unix/Linux
Experience in C++, Automation testing and telecom very beneficial
Knowledge of Agile and iterative development process
Certified Scrum Master beneficial
