POSITION:  

Product Development Engineer/Technical Service Engineer - Signal Integrity Engineer

Shanghai

Signal Integrity analysis and modeling for connector, cable, Flex circuits. Power Integrity analysis for embedded capacitance application.

- Work with connector mechanical designer for high speed connector design guile line and optimization. Work with Flex layout designer for high speed channel analysis.

- Model ( full wave S parameter/ accurate RLC model) extraction for connector, cable, circuit trace, vias, package etc.

- Time domain and frequency domain simulation ( Impedance profile, insertion loss, return loss, cross talk, eye diagram etc)

- Experiment setup for performance validation and necessary test fixture ( PCB) design.

- Provide Signal Integrity and Power Integrity knowledge training to team.

- Support C-ply embedded capacitance material application for power decoupling.

- Master degree or above, major in Electrical-Electronics / Communication Engineering

- Good skill wth EM solver e.g. HFSS, CST, or Q3D on S parameter/ accurate RLC model extraction

- In depth understanding of Electro-Magnetic field theory and transmission line & Signal Integrity

- Skill in Time Domain simulation tool eg. SPICE

- Good understanding on power noise decoupling

- Familiar with physical layer signal test method and its equipment

- Broad understanding and  knowledge in communication/electronics industry

- Good working attitude and personality on cooperation
