Position: Executive Assistant

Half the Sky was created by adoptive parents of orphaned Chinese children in order to enrich the lives and enhance the prospects for the children in China who still wait to be adopted, and for those who will spend their childhoods in orphanages. Job Description:

· Provide professional secretarial support to executives and to ensure that effective communication and confidentiality are maintained at all times

· Coordinate and schedule the extensive business / personal / family travels, visa application, hotel bookings, meetings and appointments as well as car pick up arrangement

· Coordinate meetings and events for the office, take minutes and follow up action items

· Arrange internal and external executive visits for incoming and outgoing overseas visitors

· Partner with Operations to provide the general office administration.

· Represent the Beijing office when liaise with external parties, including preparation of necessary documents and relevant logistic arrangements

· Prepare various reports and presentation materials assigned by the directors

· Coordinate breakfast seminars and conferences and organized both client and internal group meetings

· Generate and track project schedules

Job Requirements:

· Bachelors degree

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Details driven

· Good team player with a high level of maturity and able to achieve results through others

· Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast pace environment

· Excellent command of written and spoken English
