Intern Web Developer (Job Code: IWD01)
Introduction
SmithStreetSolutions is a newly-established Knowledge Process Outsourcing company with offices in Shanghai, New York and Nanjing. We are looking for smart and motivated people who are looking for a good place to develop their career. We want team-players who will help us create a multi-cultural business that is successful and unique.
This job is open for people who are looking to develop themselves for the long-run. If you join us, you will be trained with the best management practices from the US, Europe, and China. You will be meticulous about getting every detail right, delivering what we call "completed staff work". You will improve your English language skills and cultural understanding by working side-by-side with talented foreign employees. Experienced Intern Web Developer may progress onto the position of full-time Web Developer and later Project Manager.
Responsibilities
In a fast-growing and dynamic company like SmithStreetSolutions you will have the opportunity to define a role that suits your talents and interests. Initially, we see your responsibilities along a number of broad areas:
-Web development, database design and maintenance, etc.
-Conduct basic research and analysis for consulting projects
-Serve as a campus liaison during the school year for SmithStreetSolutions for recruiting talent
-Contribute to the growth and operational development of the company
Requirements
The most important thing that we are looking for in our employees is attitude and outlook. We are looking for people who want to develop the company, and develop their own skills and career.
Job requirements:
–Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree candidate from a top university in Shanghai
–(proximity to our office in Yangpu is an advantage)
–Excellent spoken and written English
–Mastery of additional languages is a huge plus
–Familiar with PHP, Java, XML, HTML and MySQL.
–Project management experience in Web development is preferred.
–Additional software skills are a plus including MS Access, Photoshop, SAS, etc.
–Must work at least 4 hours per day for 3 months.

职位要求如下：
– 就读于上海知名学校的本科生，硕士研究生和博士研究生 (靠近杨浦区的学校优先考虑)
– 出色的书面英语和口头英语优先
– 熟悉PHP, Java, XML, HTML, MySQL
–有网站开发经验者优先，面试请携带相关作品
–实习至少3个月，每天至少工作4小时
