Requirements:
• Expertise in working with, administrating, and managing Sybase, Oracle, and MS SQL databases
• Strong experience in writing SQL queries
• Experience with BasicScript is strongly desired. Experience with a scripting language such as BasicScript, JavaScript, or Visual Basic is required.
• Experience with a source code control system such as StarTeam or Visual Source Safe
• Ability to create scripts and test
• Web application experience (HTML, Java Script, SQL)
• Experience with a programming language (e.g. C#, , Java)
• Detailed knowledge of Windows operating system
• Understanding of software development processes
• Windows-based coding/scripting skills preferred
• Exceptional critical thinking with a high level of motivation to learn
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and responsibilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with product teams and general engineering staff; ability to build positive relationships across the organization
• Strong ability to successfully manage concurrent deliverables on time and with quality within fast-paced environment and under deadlines.
• Fluency in written English
• Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
This position requires 1 to 3 years of equivalent professional experience, and the candidate must be a team player.
