Candidate for this job, on the one hand, needs to participate in detailed technical development and to lead the team to deliver on time with good quality. On the other hand, he/she needs to be responsible for part of the project management work as well. In another word, he/she will not only play a solid technical role in the team but also will be responsible for some detailed project coordination/communication with our U.S. teams directly.

Qualifications:
1. Must have 5+ years of professional software development experience including at least 2 years working experience at multinational company.
2. Proven experience of designing, developing and maintaining complex software products, covering the full development cycle. Strong software design/development background.
3. Working experience as a team lead role for more than 8 months at a multinational IT company is highly desired.
4. Self-driven, passionate and proactive.
5. Strong problem solving skills.
6. Have the sense and be willing to take some project management and coordination tasks. Good at multi-tasking.
7. Strong C++ programming skills and solid object oriented software system analysis and design skills. Mastering JavaScript is a plus.
8. Good verbal and written communication using English.
9. Possess good communication skills and eager to contribute in a team oriented environment.
