job description – duties and responsibilities

the biz consultant team works as a part of implementation team on a project basis global wise. as a member, she/he will build up the in-depth knowledge on treasury market together with project management skills. the team member also has to work with reuter internal centres in u.k., singapore or thailand over entire lifecycle.

the team is working closely with commercial team from per-sales stage (day one of solution) till project acceptance. you are able to formulate sales skills over this cooperation: i.e. analytic client requirements, relationship management…

the candidate’s assignments including:

1,work as tester of quality assurance, including prepare & execute testing cases, follow up reported issues, etc…      
2,act as member of implementation team to delivery client supporting and knowledge transfer of the system, e.g. application training, user manual writing, etc.
3,assistant to team leader on biz development: gather and analyses market/client requirement, supports to commercial team.
4,liaise with core stakeholders of project internally and externally to maintain communication channel and archive customer satisfaction.

job specifications 

a)required skills, knowledge and experience

•general knowledge on financial markets, english as a working language: can communicate and write effectively
•or excellent english language ability in both verbal and writing. willing to learn financial markets in a short time frame
•a frequent user of ms word, excel and powerpoint
•willingness to undertake routine, repetition tasks over a period of time, plus has a high attention to details 
•a customer oriented person who is a consistent performer, even when working under pressure 
•a proactive person who has proven progress in self-study
•team work and problem-solving oriented
•a university degree or equivalent/above

b)desirable knowledge, skills and experirence

•good presentation skills 
•cooperate with people from different culture background

另外，他们team年底有项目，所以招得比较急，如果双方满意签了offer年底就要跟进项目，所以如果心还没有定，想挑三捡四的同学也不要投了，毕竟让人家manager来考核你也是需要时间成本的，他们没有通过路透的校园招聘来招也就是觉得等那个程序走完，项目都已经开始了。
