Position：Project Management Assistant (Intern)
Location: Wai Gao Qiao, Pudong, Shanghai
Requirement:
• Technical major background as preferred
• Senior Postgraduate as preferred
• Diligent and hard working
• Fluent verbal and written English (CET-6 or above preferred),Mandarin
• Can settle down issues via different means, styles
• Quick learning & Good communication skills
• At least 3 days per week.
• Long-term preferred
Job Description
•Documents distribution
–Payment request, Annual leave application etc.
•Travel arrangement
–TA follow
–Issue air ticket and hotel reservation
–Follow up travel expense claim
•Fast samples shipment
–Prepare related documents to do custom clearance to Logistic dept. eg. BOM
–Packing the samples
–Check AWB No. and update status of samples shipment
–Samples collection/distribution betw SH1 & SH4
•Meeting arrangement and minutes taking
•Support PM Dept. Managers’daily work
•Support PM team activities arrangement and coordination with related dept.
•Support Product Development dept. activities
Payment:
80 RMB per day free lunch offered, also with convenient shuttlebus lines
