Job Responsibilities (Details of The Research Theme Will Be Provided After Arrival):
1) Accomplishing the appointed research theme according to the time schedule.
2) Technical documents survey, numerical analysis, computer simulation and hardware testbed establishment.
3) Patent application, standardization document proposition and paper writing.

Requirements:
1) PhD or Master holders/2008 fresh graduates in the mobile communications field.
2) Strong background in wireless access technologies is required. Especially, familiar with LTE or other cellular systems is a must.
3) Experiences or dissertation topics of cognitive radio, cooperative communications, relay techniques and distributed signal processing techniques are particularly encouraged to apply.
4) Skills in DSP-FPGA are plus.
5) Good presentation and written skills are expected. Fluent in English is required. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

Requirements:
1) Ph.D or Master holders major in mobile communications field, 0-2 years working experience after getting obtaining degree
2) Devoted in radio resource management schemes for future wireless systems. Having rich knowledge about system, transmission, or signal processing technologies of existing mobile and/or WLAN systems
3) Having good understanding on protocols in mobile communication systems, including UMTS, HSDPA, WLAN, WiMax or LTE, etc.
4) High capabilities on finding problems and solving it with creative thinking.
5) Good at communicating and cooperating with others, active in discussion and comments.
6) Practiced in writing and reading technical papers, fluent in speaking English
7) Strong at mathematics and good at simulation programming
8) Published several papers in famous journals or conferences
9) Experience of patent application is a plus
