Job Description and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for device characterization, TCAD simulation, testchip design, WAT analysis, and SPICE modeling for deep-submicron Flash Memory technology developments and production.

Key Competency Requirements:

-Background in device physics of CMO/Flash/EEPROM, process technology, reliability analysis, and statistics.

-Extensive hands-on experience with at least two of the following areas: device characterization, IBasic programming, TCAD simulation and SPICE modeling.

Education Required:

-MS degree or above in Electrical Engineering or Physics.

Experience Required:

-Fresh graduate.
