| Pernod Ricard China Communications Assistant Job Title: Communications Assistant Department/Division: Communications Department Report to: Corporate Communications Manager Job Purpose: Assist to implement internal communication program. Execute the external communication with public entities that can affect the im age and profile of Pernod Ricard China. Roles and Responsibilities: 1.Assist to develop and implement Corporate Communications plan to enhance com pany image and reputation 2.Assist to promote corporate branding and products through effective cooperat ion with brand PR teams 3.Assist in the development of internal communications newsletter and corporat e external communications materials 4.Assist to manage PR agencies & suppliers on a day-to-day basis and ensure th e delivery of event results within certain budget and timeline 5.Assist to maintain and develop media relationship in liaison with the assign ed PR agencies 6.Execute day-to-day PR and communications requests Requirements: 1.Bachelor or Master degree, majored in mass communications/journalism/busines s is a plus 2.Related practical experience in MNCs 3.Proficient in Chinese and English, especially writing; strong proof-reading skills 4.Good communications skills 5.Team spirit, down-to-earth working attitude 6.Be able to work under pressure Those who will graduate in June, 2008 and are interested in above position, pl ease send your updated resume together with your photo to: jessie.zhu@pernod-ricard-china.com.
