Duties/Responsibilities:
-Greeting visitors
-Handling,screening and directing telephone calls
-Directing and coordinating of incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers
-Performing reception and clerical duties
-Company stationery administration
-Arrange hotel and flight reservation
-Provide administrative support to different departments
Entry Requirements:
-University degree;
-Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills(Verbal and written)
-Good telephone,reception,interpersonal skills and manners
-Hard working,good team spirit
-Customer service oriented
-Good command of computer skills: Microsoft package(PowerPoint,Excel, Word).
