Job Description

China Europe International Business School is inviting applications for a full-time Research Assistant position in the area of Business Strategy/Management. The incumbent candidate should be proficient in both qualitative (case studies, interviews) and quantitative (questionnaire design, complex statistical analyses) research methodologies. The candidate should also possess excellent command of Chinese and English languages in speaking, writing and reading.

Precise job duties include database research support, complex data analyses, case writing, traveling domestically and/or internationally for data collection. Requisite technical skills include: SAS, SPSS, MS Office packages, database management tools inclusive of qualitative oriented software. The candidate will also be participating in international academic conferences in assisting refereeing papers and liaising with leading academics globally. This position provides for excellent international exposure.

The ideal candidate should at least arm with a MBA or Masters in Sociology, Psychology, Economics with proven research capabilities.
