Haendig Group is an active owner of wholesalers with a focus on the professional and DIY market in the Nordic region.The Group includes the subsidiary companies of Duri，Hafa and Westerbergs， HDF， Sven Svenssons， Gyttorp Jakt，and Lundbergs Produkter.In 2005， the turnover of Haendig group is around USD$167million.
Hafa and Westerbergs sells and markets bathroom products， such as bathroom furniture， shower solutions， and other bathroom accessories. It is also a leading supplier with its own production of massage bathtubs and massage shower cabins. Together with their sub-companies located in Sweden， Norway， Denmark and Finland， Hafa and Westerbergs generates a turnover of around USD$70 million yearly.
Hafa and Westerbergs is the biggest supplier for bathroom products in Northern Europe.
