Our presence in China began in 1985, with the establishment of Sales & Marketing
Group in Beijing. In the past 22 years, we have invested over $3.8 Billion
in China and this country has become one of our most important geographies
! Intel is the largest semiconductor vendor in China and is one of the most
successful multinationals in the country. We also have big plans for future
growth. If youd like to be empowered to drive our fast-growing business
in China, we are looking for candidates with masters degree in Science
/ Engineering or a Master of Business Administration, to join our Intel China
Sales & Marketing Rotation Program. This is an elite program designed
to prepare top-tier MBA and Master students for future leadership roles at
Intel and abroad.

The foundation for the Intel China Sales & Marketing Rotation Program are
three cross-functional rotations (6-9 months each) including sales, end
user marketing/branding, product marketing, operations and end-user influencing
(i.e. government and education programs). These rotations are designed to
help you build a comprehensive knowledge base of Intels products and services
, while gaining accelerated business exposure, developing technical expertise
and mastering business communication skills. Most positions will be in
Beijing or Shanghai with a limited number in branch offices. Youll also
have the opportunity to develop and implement China-specific platform, product
and channel strategies. Each program member will have individualized career
coaching and development and will be ready for broader and bigger responsibilities
upon conclusion of the rotations. We plan for members of the Program to
be the pipeline and foundation for the future leaders of Intel China.


QUALIFICATION
" Chinese (Mandarin) and English fluency in speaking, reading and writing
required.
" Interest in and commitment to general management in technology.
" Recent 2007 graduates or 2008 graduates with a relevant technical Master
or MBA degree.
" Relevant industry work experience is highly valued.
