• Bachelor’s degree (non-specific)
• For Senior IR Associate: 3+ years experience in an IR consultancy or on a Corporate IR team, Supervisory experience a plus
• Strong understanding of the equity markets and their impact on a company’s stock price/valuation
• Be able to work independently and complete projects with limited supervision, as well as to work as a member of a team. Ability to meet deadlines
• Pro-active and self-motivated. Proven ability to problem-solve
• Strong and effective decision-making skills. Leadership potential
• Excellent interpersonal & verbal / written communication skills
• Can-do attitude, dependable, innovative, and energetic
• A good command of both spoken and written English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added value.
2)sales manager:
• 8-10 years of experience in public relations, investor relations or media
• Very good understanding of the media landscape in and outside China
• Results-oriented, willing to work under pressure
• Excellent command of English
