Vacancy: Admin& Receptionist
Salary: 3000RMB/month ( enjoy social assurance /welfare/company trip
once a year/10-18 days annual leaves /Two-day weekend ...)
Responsibilities
1.Car coordination.
2.Book hotel and flight tickets
3.Send mails home and abroad
4.Receive outside phone calls and record all available messages.
5.collect employees’ lunch expense and make the reimbursement
6.open the DTO for employees who need to go on errands
7.fill all relatively reimbursement bills.
8.update information (Internal and external).
Requirements
1.will be avaible since Jan 16th, 2008
2.female, 21~25 years old
3.college degree
4.sufficient knowledge of English, both speaking and listening
5.familiar with MS office
6.be responsible and patient.
7.good learning skill.
