TCM(Test Configuration Management) Engineer

Today, as a world-leading provider of telecommunication systems, Ericsson is not only keeping transferring a big amount of business to China, but also concentrating on enhancing its R&D technologies locally. This recruitment is intended to further enhance the R&D and operation capacity in Ericsson R&D center in Beijing. The position information is as following:

Responsibilities:
Fix Asset Management
- HW inventory management
- Inbound and outbound
Lab expendable goods management
Lab Facility Management
- Power
- Cooling
- Infra structure
- Entrance Security
- Working Environment, e.g. temperature and humidity
- ESD Protection
- External connection (ECN/EDN)
Lab IT
- Lab infrastructure
- Control of external and ECN connections
HW Installation and Support
- Installation & connecting
- HW Fault Handling
- Floor Space Planning
Lab Security Management
Acceptance Testing
- HW start-up
- Connections ”pinged”
Internal customer interface
- customer help desk

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree, major in EE, computer HW or equivalent. Prefer to have HW background
• Be able to learn all wide scope of knowledge, e.g. AC/DC power supply, ESD, grounding, RF instruments, E/// base station products
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Systematic thinking and structure ability
• Excellent communication skill, Independent, self-motivated, enthusiasm
• Strong initiative and learning willingness
