岗位描述：
Responsibility:
Conducting the process of selecting and qualifying appropriate suppliers in terms of supplier manufacturing capability and process control.
Negotiating pricing, terms, and other sourcing related issues with existing& potential suppliers.
Collaborating internally and externally to make sure the order process flow smoothly.
Supplier performance monitoring and relationship maintenance.
Work with cross-functional team members to meet project purchasing requirement.
Regular report purchasing work to Sourcing Manager.
Qualification:
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English, especially in oral and written English, can work independently to communicate with person from overseas.
Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with multiple organizational units.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Skills in negotiations, contracts, conflict resolution, and success sourcing
teamwork oriented. Motivated to work effectively and independently.
Experience in Sourcing is a plus.
High degree of initiative, integrity, honesty, and business ethics.
Willing to learn and take extra responsibility.
