Job Title: Marketing Events Coordinator (2 openings)
Location: Shanghai
Expected Assignment Period: Jan. 15 ~ Apr. 25 3-4days/week
Working Hour Required: 9:00am ~ 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
Assistant Marketing Communication manager to organize and execute the GE W&PT customer events – World Water Tour in Shanghai
1) Assistant Marketing Communication Manager do the event relevant paper work
2) Coordinate with sales team for the customer invitation, RSVP and on-line registration
3) Provide event on-site support such as from move in to the move out
Qualifications & Requirements:
1) Good communication and interpersonal skills
2) Good Command of Chinese and English
3) With telemarketing or event coordination experience is preferred
