Specifications:
MBA from US University,no "first tier" requirement.
English fluency.
Internship or working experience in US or China investment banking or as a research analyst.
A desire to develop the experience necessary to operate as an investment banker.
Agreeable to incentive compensation.
Team player-willing to work closely with HFG China,other service providers and the clients on a collaborative basis.
Honest and of high integrity.
Independent worker.
Willing to work in a business that is in a start up mode-work from home; independent contractor;
Compensation:
15000 RMB per month allowance.
Reimbursement of cell phone,travel expenses,purchase of a computer.
Incentive compensation:Based on fees generated by the firm from fund raising transactions that involve Chinese companies either being listed or seeking a listing on a US exchange.Bonus,to be paid quarterly,is expected to be in the range of 100% to 500% of monthly allowance.
