Bachelor or master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Good written English skill
Can be available before Jan 21 2008.

Skills Requirements:
- Programming skills:
Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, J2EE, struts, design patterns, other popular frameworks experience is plus
Good knowledge of Database systems and development
Familiar with Websphere Application Server, Familiar with IBM java development IDE such as Eclipse, WSAD, RAD or WID
Familiar with DB2 development tools and products
Others as a plus:
Stored procedure and User Defined Function development, Database design, performance tuning, Database administration is plus
LotusScript, LEI, Domino Server administration for Domino developers is plus
Software engineering knowledge & experience
knowledge for IBM products: Websphere, DB2, Lotus, Rational, Tivoli
Globalization development knowledge & experience, Unicode, GB18030, BiDi
Web Services & SOA
Technical writing
