**** 高级测试工程师 ****

职位概述
WatchGuard 北京研发中心正在寻找高级测试工程师，来加入全球UTM领导企业，WatchGuard为候选人提供独一无二的参与研发和测试等一系列完整的产品开发过程的机会。

工作需求:
• 网络和安全相关产品的测试经验
• 丰富的网络知识和经验，路由协议，LAN/WAN，TCP/IP，Layer7，熟悉HTTP，FTP，VoIP，wireless等
• 精通网络设备，包括但不限于路由器，交换机，流量生成设备等
• 精通一种或多种脚本语言，如Shell, TCL，Perl，Ruby, Python 等

任务/责任

教育/技能/环境
• 计算机科学及相关领域内学士/硕士学位，或者在系统和软件测试等相关领域内具有相当的工作经验。.

**** Senior Software Engineer (B) ****

Position Overview
WatchGuard’s Beijing Development Center is looking for senior software engineers to join the global UTM leader. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the complete product R&D and testing cycle.

Scope of Responsibilities
You will lead the design of various appliance management function of our product. You will also participate in the development, testing, integration and sustaining of appliance management functions. The management functions include fault, configuration, performance, accounting, and security management and cover all networking and security features of the appliance. You will work with networking and security feature owners as well as management application developers in all phases of product development from initial study to final release.

Job Requirements:
BS in EE or CS, or equivalent degree. MS preferred.
Proficiency with Java, C++ and some scripting language (perl, shell, …)
Experience using an SQL database in a classic 3 tier architecture, HTML, XML.
Experience in server side API and network management functions development.
Experience in Python, Mod Python, JSP or ASP is highly desired.
Experience in the Windows, Linux OS/platforms development.
Experience in networking programming and protocols (TCP, UDP, HTTP, SNMP,..) is preferred
Experience in developing internationalization functions preferred.

Minimum Experience Level
5 years of software development experience.
2 years of professional programming experience with networking protocols, XML, and distributed systems. Familiar with Unix programming environments.

Position primary works in office environment. Sitting for long period of time. Use of computer monitor and keyboard is required. Occasionally need to lift and set up computer and other equipments for development and testing purpose.

**** Senior Quality Assurance Engineer ****

Position Overview
WatchGuard’s Beijing Development Center is looking for senior quality assurance engineers to join the global UTM leader. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the complete product R&D and testing cycle.

Job Requirements:
• Experience as a test engineer for networking and security related products
• Strong networking experience with routing protocols, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, layer 7 applications, familiar with HTTP, FTP, VoIP, wireless and etc.
• Strong network devices knowledge, including (but not limited to) routers, switches, traffic generators, etc.
• Strong experience with one or more scripting languages such as TCL, Perl, Ruby
• Preferably familiar with security technologies such as Firewalls, VPN and UTM
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, start-up environment where action and initiative are essential
• Experience writing test plans, test suites and test procedures at the black box and system test levels
• Strong understanding of performance, regression, integration, interoperability, system level and stress/load test execution
• Experience in leading projects throughout the testing cycle is preferred
• Systems administration experience in a mixed Linux/UNIX and Windows environment is a plus
• Ability to anticipate problems and issues, and then recommend solutions to the problems
• Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills, good English reading and speaking skills.

Duties/Responsibilities
Perform technical and functional quality analysis of pre-release WatchGuard network security products. Review and analyze technical and user documentation for technical accuracy. Document and report test results, test methodology, and project status to the product team in a clear and concise manner. Improve and streamline methods and practices to increase testing and reporting efficiency.

Education/Skills/Environment
• Masters degree in Computer Science or related field with several years of working experience in system and software quality assurance.
• 3-5 years experience as a QA Test Engineer
