Position: HR Assistant
Location: Beijing
Working Frequency: 4-5days per week, Jan to July

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assist HR Manager for handling day-to-day HR operation works;
2. Intern management including check in, check out, transfer and contract renewal;
3. Maintain personnel files, staffing tracking reports, personnel information database and other HR files;
4. Collects, assembles and analyses data or information for personnel reports;
5. Conducts the processing of personnel requests or actions to ensure compliance with companys policy and audit;
6. Carry out other relative tasks assigned according to business needs;

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
2. Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills;
3. A clear thinker;
4. Confident, energetic, independent and well organized;
5. well verbal and written English.
