Position:       Customer Service Representative (temp)

Location:      Beijing

Number:  16

 

Job Responsibilities:

1) Makes customers #1 priority by exhibiting behaviours of "Our Easy Service".

2) Demonstrates up to date knowledge of products and services.

3) Determines customer's needs by quickly acknowledging, customers and asking questions.

4) Recommends and sells products and services which provide the best solution.

5) Manages multiple customers by timely acknowledgement & prioritizing customers need for help.

6) Learns product information by vendor information and satellite broadcast.

7) Provides assistance in securing customer needs including climbing ladders and lifting heavy merchandise.

8) Prices, sign, and display merchandise according to company Plano grams and merchandise standards.

9) Sets up ad merchandise for display as directed by Store Management.

10) Ensure an inviting environment for the customer by maintaining a neat and clean department.

 

工作职责:

9) 依照零售店管理层指示,装配摆放展示用的广告商品。

10) 保持店内的干净整洁,为客户愉悦的服务环境。

 

Job Requirement:

High school or equivalent education or above;

1 year related customer service experience, related retail experience is preferred;

Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge;

Good customer service skills;

Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills;

Good command of written & spoken English;

Position:       Retail Service Representative (temp)

Location:      Shanghai/Beijing

Number:  16

 

Job Responsibilities:

1)Sales generation

Achieve sales target by growing small size customer segment within set revenue band and assigned territories through conversion and penetration.

2)Operation component (Daily operation)

2.1. Perform on time daily pickup and delivery according to operation plan and procedures.

2.2. Basic export sort process and conduct documents audit to prevent export hold.

2.3. Ensure collection of payment (cash/cheque) upon receipt of packages.

2.4. Delivery of supplies to customers for shipment of packages.

 

工作职责:

1)销售

通过设定的销售额以及分派的区域,不断增加C类和P类的小客户数量来达到销售目标。

2) 操作 (每日操作)

2.1. 根据运营规划和程序,每天及时的取件和派送货件。

2.2. 基本的出口分类程序和引导文件审核以防止出口延迟。

2.3. 确保收付到货的付款(现金/支票)。

2.4. 派送客户的包裹和货件。

 

Job Requirement:

College education or above;

2-3 years related customer service experience;

Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge;

Good customer service skills;

Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills;

Good command of written & spoken English;

Have basic analysis skills;

Understanding international business.
