Responsibility:

Daily administrative support to HR Manager.
HR report generation, such as head count report and monthly recruiting report.
Daily communication with department. Answer & solve the questions from dept.
Process control such as new join & resign, expense claim and intern attendance.
Systems check and database maintenance.
Document filing.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree, major in English or Human Resource is plus
Work independently and under high pressure, focus on details
Has related working experiences is prefer
Good inter-person and communication skill both in English and Chinese
Team player
Customer / service oriented
Good application at PC software ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc )
