1、Quality Engineer
职位描述：
职责/Responsibilities:
1．建立/维护/改进项目质量控制计划以及所涉及到的现场检查标准/Establish/maintain/improve the project quality control plan, and the involved inspection criterion
2．引导和推动供应商建立操作规程和产品&现场检查时间表/Conduct and push the vendor to set up the working instruction and detail product & inspection schedule.
3．批准供应商，供应商绩效评估/Perform the approving for vendors and the evaluation vendor's performance
4．辅助质量部经理改善质量体系/Assistant the quality manager to improve the quality system.
5．安排/引导/监督检查员的工作，解决检查员不能解决的检查中发现的任何问题/Arrange/conduct/supervise the of inspectors' job, solve any inspective problems if the inspector could not handle.
6．对指定的重要过程执行双重检查，收集和整理不合格品，并通知相关人员，推动处理过程直至NCR关闭。如有必要要求纠正或预防措施关闭/Perform the double check for the pointed important process, to collect and file the unqualified and inform the relation person, and push to be handling with till the NCR be closed. If necessary need to request the correct or preventive action and push to be closed.
7．完成质量报告、统计数据，确保所有相关数据是最新的，正确的。按照客户要求及时制定和提交数据手册/To complete the quality report, statistics and ensure all the related data is the latest and correct. To prepare and submit the each Data Book on time requested by customer.
8．所有项目的现场检查，确保质量现场检查结果的准确性、及时性。从生产线中取走不合格零件以免不合格品发放给客户/The overall inspection and checking for all project, to insure the result of the quality inspection is accurate and timely. To pick out the unqualified parts from the production lines and prevent the unsatisfied products delivered to our clients
9．辅助部门经理进行质量管理/To provide assistance to the department manager with the quality administration.

要求/Requirement:
1、机械工程（石油或矿业相关者优先）或者相关领域专业/Major in Mechanical engineering ( oil or mine related preferred), or related filed.
2、 熟悉ISO9000:2000质量管理标准、现场检查过程以及QC工具/Familiarity of ISO9000:2000 Quality Management Standard, inspection process and QC tools.

2、Quality Assurance Assistant

职责/Responsibilities:

1． 协助QA经理按建立与维护质量管理体系Assistant QA Manager to establish and maintain the Quality Management System
2． 协助QC主管进行文件控制工作，包括图纸管理与对质量记录管理Assistant QC supervisor to control the related documents and quality records

职责/ Responsibilities：

6、职位：Steel Structural Engineer(Dennis)
职责/Responsibilities
 用StruCAD 3D软件进行钻塔、桅杆及相关产品的全球结构分析/Perform global structural analysis of derrick, mast and related products using StruCAD 3D software.
 确定构件截面、连接处详图设计（螺栓和焊缝）/Determine member section, connection detail design( both bolt and weld)
 手算或者FEA，从而为设备和附属设施提供支持/Hand calculation or real FEA on supports for equipment and accessories
 制定技术文件进行存档和/或使第三方零件设计通过审查/Prepare technical document for archiving and/or get third part design review passed.
 基于分析和计算结果对工程制图予以批准/Approve engineering drawings based on analysis and calculation result
要求/Requirement:
 机械/机械工程/建筑/汽车/海洋工程硕士及以上学位Master's degree or above in Mechanics/Mechanical engineering/Architecture/Marine Engineering.
 熟悉FEA软件（StruCAD 3D, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, Nastran 等等）和手算/Familiar with FEA software (StruCAD 3D, STAAD.Pro, ANSYS, Nastran etc.) and hand calculation.

To engage in development activities in structural aspects of newly developed product, to participate in product structural design, also responsible for implementing the detailed design of structural parts & components according to the design protocol, including design calculation, protocol determination, and drawing design etc.
4、 根据美国来图的转化原则，从事公司美国来图转化产品的结构部分的工作，并主动搜集资料，解决转化工程中可能出现的不一致性，确保图纸转化的科学性和准确性；
To engage in the structural work for the USA incoming drawing to transform into product according to the transformation principle of USA incoming drawing, and to collect information to solve possible nonconformity occurred during transformation, and to ensure scientificity and accuracy of drawing transformation;
5、 按照部门工作分工安排，对产品图纸进行设计、绘制、检查、审核，并与其他工程师协作，使结构部分和机械、液压和电气控制等其他部分有机结合，协调推进工作进展；
To design, draft, check, and review the product drawing according to the department labor division and arrangements, and to coordinate with other engineers to enable structural part to combine with other parts such as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control, and to coordinate forwarding work improvement;
6、 绘制设计图纸应做到基础资料、设计参数齐全准确，计算方法、计算数据、计算结果准确无误，图面清晰，文字简练通顺；
When drafting the design drawing, the basic information and design parameter shall be complete and accurate, the calculation method, data, and results shall be accurate, the drawing shall be clear and the words shall be simple;
7、 对产品开发阶段的外协加工制造和采购提供技术支持，制定制造加工的技术协议和采购技术协议，参与产品设计验证过程并负责设计的规格书编制，检验规程和工程BOM编制，按规定完成质量体系要求的设计记录。
To provide technology support for outsourcing processing and purchasing during product development period, to establish production & processing technical agreement and purchasing technical agreement, to participate in product design verification, also responsible for establishing plan specifications, test procedures and engineering BOM, and completing design records needed for the quality system.
8、 对出厂的产品提供技术支持，包括技术咨询、故障分析等；

To provide technical support for ex-factory product, including technical consulting and failure analysis etc.

 土木结构/机械工程学士以上学位/B. S degree or above in Civil structural/Mechanical engineering

9.. Next Generation Training Program
National Oilwell Varco has developed the Next Generation Program, which will train and develop high potential college graduates for future leadership positions. Each Next Generation employee will have 4, 3 month assignments during their first year of employment. They will rotate throughout different divisions and different cities. The rotational schedule is designed according to the individual's degree and interests and focuses on providing a well-rounded experience in all different aspects of National Oilwell Varco. The training period will last approximately one year and will be headquartered in Shanghai. Next Gen employees will work throughout different locations in China as well as international assignments.

Qualifications
We are currently seeking students who are graduating this summer, with a degree in business or engineering. Candidates must be fluent in English, possess strong leadership skills, and be eager to learn and contribute to National Oilwell Varco. - Material Receiving and Inspection for 3rd party parts
- Manage Ware House, including assign locations for receiving parts
- Maintain and Track inventory
