You will be a member of the well experienced multi-national team that aims to develop future and innovative wireless communication. High competence level of the existing team and practical experience in research projects will enable you to develop in-depth understandings of key technical areas about wireless communication and system development.

In this position, you will be responsible for performance verification of wireless networks for the future wireless communication system as a research engineer.

- 3GPP related standardization work.
- System-level simulator development, simulation analysis and L2 algorithm study for E-UTRAN system.
- Full-time work with Nokia in our office area is required. And the labor contract will be signed with 3rd company (China Soft); HuKou (BJ) will be granted to you if you need it. Your salary will be F2F decided in terms of your competence.

Job requirements:
1) Well-experienced in OFDM based wireless communication system. Proactive knowledge for E-UTRAN (3G LTE) or WiMAX will be a plus.
2) Previous experience in wireless system simulation is a MUST.
3) Practical experience in software development using C/C++.
4) Practical experience and good record on academic paper and invention.
5) Good english skill for reading, writing and speaking
6) Holds master degree in EE or related area (Ph.D is a plus).
7) Expect to be on board as soon as possible
