Data Analyst-Data Processing Center   

Position:  Data Analyst

Reports to:  Processing Team Leader

Location: Shanghai, China

Job Description:

The position prepares and analyses compensation data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. This is a demanding position that requires delivering under challenging conditions.

Responsibilities include:

 Process survey data to deliver standardized and customized reports using proprietary software tools
 Prepare survey tools for clients and provide help in data entry
 Maintain databases according to standards to ensure data is easily accessed and securely stored
 Provide first-level technical support to clients and consultants in Asia
 Conduct survey testing and peer view, data verification and acceptance testing
 Requirement elicitation and document work products
 Support multiple assignments concurrently

Requirements:
Candidates need to exhibit the following:

 University degree in Computer Science/IT with Statistics background
 Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing)
 Proficient in Word, Excel, and relational database applications
 Experience of VB/VBA and Web application development

Survey Coordinator-Data Processing Centre
Position: Survey Coordinator
Reports to: Processing Team Leader
Location: Shanghai, China
Job Description:
The position works closely with colleagues in Asia to manage the collection of market data and administrate the access to our deliverables. This is a critical role in ensuring a smooth Survey Operation in Asia. 
Responsibilities Include:
 Arrange for kits to be securely and economically distributed and collected
 Research, write and edit data collection kit that is effective and appropriate
 Identify training needs, developing training plans and materials, and deliver training to different audience groups
 Monitor and analyse data submission to improve participation
 Ensure that the appropriate clients get access to deliverables
 Maintain industry databases according to standards in order to ensure that data is easily accessed and appropriately and securely stored

Requirements:
Candidates need to exhibit the following:
 University degree in Computer Science/IT (Statistics would be an advantage)
 Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing)
 Proficient in Excel, and relational database applications
 Experience of VB/VBA and Web application development
