Title:Administration Specialist
Key responsibilities:
1.Set up feasible management procedures of administration to provide clear guidance;
Review outsourced administrative services regularly and take actions accordingly to ensure the improvement;
Follow up administrative expenses accordingly;
2. Ensure the daily operation of transportation arrangement, security service and monitor their performance;
3. Provide a safe & good working environment ( security, lighting, gardening,etc.)
4. Help to get visa for employees, provide administrative supports to expatriates (work permit, residence permit & relocation assistance)
5. Manage the stationery for the Head Office
6. Ensure the role of Receptionist & travel coordinator
Key requirements:
1. Dilpoma or above degree in administration management or other related major;
2. 2-year working experience in administration or as Assistant or student for intern
3. Good command of English
4. Good care of details, responsible, passionate & approachable
5. Familiar with Microsoft system
