Shanghai New Home Investments was founded in 2007. Our major business is expatriates’ residential leasing and serviced apartments managements. Since the business developing we need the stuff as below, 助理一人 Assistant 1-2 persons
主要工作：协助经理收发E－mail，文书起草，外籍客户带看，参观物业。协助经理工作。
Major Work:：Help the manager sending the E-mail, paper work preparation, showing the property to foreign tenants, assist the manager’s work.
－ 熟练的英语会话及文书工作。
Frequent English speaking and written English
－ 熟悉Office软件, 包括word, excel, powerpoint, outlook
Familiar with office software
－ 具有良好的团队协作精神

Serious and good working attitude 售后专员一人 After Sale Service Assistant 2-3 persons
主要工作： 处理外籍客户居住期间的售后服务，协调供应商收发货。解决租赁期内的投诉。管理保洁团队。
Major work: Deal with the after sale services for the expatriates staying in the premise, coordinate with the vendors of sending and receiving the goods. Solving the complains in the leasing term. Manage the cleaning team.
－ 熟练的英语会话及文书工作。
