麦德龙作为全球现购自运制业务的领头羊，1995年来到了中国，并于1996年在上海开设了第一家现购自运制商场，给中国带来了全新的商业理念。截止目前，麦德龙在中国成功地开张了37家商场，拥有8500多名全职员工和超过300万的专业顾客，2006年年销售额达到93.67亿元人民币。

 

麦德龙计划加速在中国的发展，中期内每年在中国新开6到10家商场。2002年麦德龙已在中国北部（北京）、东部（上海）、南部（广州）和中部（武汉）建立了四个销售区域，目标是尽可能接近我们的顾客，供应商，员工。同时，麦德龙还于2004年11月1日在上海成立了麦德龙中国培训学院， 它将为中国麦德龙的各级员工提供专业的培训课程， 使麦德龙成功做到“源于专业，服务专业”。

 

 

储备干部项目

麦德龙中国的储备干部项目专为大学应届毕业生，或者拥有1-2年工作经验的历届大学毕业生开设。通过适当的定位、指导和职业发展，这些人将成为麦德龙明日的管理者，而2008年储备干部项目主要培养方向为 商场总经理。该项目旨在促进组织更新，为公司发展注入新鲜的人才资源，以满足公司快速扩张的需求。

 

职位简介

·         目标岗位: 商场总经理

·         历经: 3个阶段/ 5年培训和在职实践

在这3~5年中，每一位储备干部将接受全方位、跨部门的培训和挂职实践。相关部门主管和总部管理发展部将为其职业和个人发展加以引导。该培训计划将根据个人情况量身定做，并且由承办商场、区域和人力资源部门协调指导。

 

储备干部要求

（1）     学士学位，专业不限

（2）     良好的在校表现和社会实践纪录

（3）     良好的中英文口头和书面交流能力

（4）     对商业或销售领域的工作有热忱

METRO is the world’s No.1 Cash & Carry business giant and come to China in 1995. In 1996, METRO China opened its first C&C store in Shanghai. Up till now, there are 37 stores in China, which achieves tremendous success. METRO’s global House of Training networks deliver systematic professional trainings to its employees.

 

Metro plans to accelerate its expansion in China, aiming to open 6 to 10 new stores per year in the following 3 to 5 years. In 2002, Metro set up four Business Units in East (Shanghai), North (Beijing), South (Guangzhou) and Central (Wuhan) China with a view to stay as close as possible to customers, suppliers and staff. Furthermore, Metro Cash & Carry International set up House of Training Shanghai Campus in 2004 in Shanghai, which acts to deliver training courses to Metro China’s employees at different levels to achieve the objective “from professional to professional”.

 

The Metro China Management Trainee Program is targeting at fresh university graduates or graduates with 1-2 years working experience. With proper exposure, mentoring and career development, they will become our mangers of tomorrow. Management trainees in the 2007 program are mainly aimed to be Store General Managers in future. The objective of this program is to achieve organizational renewal, diversity initiatives, and to infuse Metro China with fresh talents to meet the fast expansion needs.

 

Management trainees will receive cross-functional training and on-the-job placement during their 3-5 years’ program period. The training itself is well designed for the individuals and monitored by the sponsoring store, Business Unit and Human Resource department.   

 

 

People Requirement

–        Bachelor degree of any specialty

–        Good performance in the university and social practice

–        Good at communication both in written and oral Chinese and English

–        Passion in commercial or sales business field
