Intern Position-Team Assistant

Currently we are seeking 1 student to join us. We prefer those students in her/his last year in university and graduate in July 2008. Those who are exceptional in performance and prove to be an asset to organization could most possibly be offered the opportunity to join the company after graduation.

You may provide administration work for effective department operation as below:

Job Description:
1. Responsible for clerical duties, such as transportation arrangement, hotel bookings, etc
2. Department fixed assets audit and arrangement
3. Support department to manage storage room and lab.

4. IT related equipment and services key user and system approver, e.g applying new company mobile phone, upgrade notebook and maintain team IT service priority list. etc  

5. Team overall stationery approver

6. Other administrative duties assigned by team manager

Job Qualification:

1.  Last year student with College or bachelor degree
2.  Team working spirit and willing to offer assistance to others
3.  Easy to communicate and follow up on assigned tasks within given time
4.  Good command of English (both written & spoken)
5.   Proficiency in PC operation, such as MS office.
6.   Able to anticipate periodic workload
7.   Responsible and able to handle multi-tasking at the same time
