Job Summary

Responsible for proactive follow up with customers on past due AR, resolve disputes and apply cash received for proper off-setting on a timely manner. Managing total credit exposure and credit hold pro-actively.

Job Description :

* Prepare AR Aging report to customers and follow up outstanding AR with them pro-actively.

* Co-ordinating with departments concerned to resolve disputes raised by customers.

* Timely Cash Application after payment is received.

* Prepare regular reporting and collection forecast on assigned customers.

* Managing customer credit exposure pro-actively and only release order from credit hold if they are within assigned credit limit.

 

Requirements :

* Minimum 2 years of college (university graduate is preferred)

* Experience in AR collection and invoicing

* Knowledge in credit control and risk management is preferred

* Effective communication with both internal and external customers.

* Analytical and problem solving skills.

* Team player and result oriented person with ability to prioritize tasks on hand.

* Be able to communicate in English.
